Great location but we could not stay in the hotel as the city had experienced an issue with the water supply leaving the hotel with water pressure failure. The staff were very supportive and found another room at their Sister Hotel , the heritage , a few minutes away. They walked us down and checked us in. They allowed us to keep the car in their car park free of charge. They also allowed us to use a room and the spa until matters were resolved. The Heritage was an excellent alternative with exceptional rooms, restaurant and staff.

Beautiful hotel in central location. Good secure parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Shower was great. Provided with drinking water. A safe and fridge in room. Lovely pool area and small gym. Nice garden area with tables and chairs. Breakfast was first class. Excellent dinner at affiliated La Belle Epoque. Umbrella’s were provided as unfortunately it was raining during our stay. The staff were amazing especially as we had to leave very early on day of departure

The car park was secure and within the hotel. Justine, I think, was so helpful on check in and made me aware of all facilities, where to eat etc. My room was really comfortable and even though it looked over the square it was very quiet. Bed was very comfortable. The swimming pool and steam room are small but really nice abd refreshing after a long drive,. Louise's bar for a nice Cognac is a must too.

The hotel was amazing. The location was perfect and walking distance to the major attractions. There were a lot of places to choose from to eat. The hotel gave great recommendations for eating. The rooms were very comfortable and the air conditioning was a bonus! The bar at the hotel was quaint and a lovely place to sit and have a drink after a long day of walking. We will definitely stay here again.

That the staff can reserve tables as this is a popular and busy town The breakfast is superb - something for every taste and diet
